Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be made by paying 100% of the rent for the entire stay. GST, as applicable, is payable extra.

Check-in time is 02:30 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon. In case the reservation is for dates beyond April 30 next, a revised tariff will be applicable.

Cancellation/ Refund:
Online cancellations can be done from our website in respect of online bookings. Cancellation for Offline bookings can be done by the office where the booking has been made. In case of any problem while processing cancellations, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp on +91-8508759000

Cancellation/ Refunds

1. Cancellation charges for cancellations done before 30 days from the scheduled date of check-in will be 15% of the room rent and 85% will be refundable.
2. Cancellation charges for cancellations done between 21- 30 days from the scheduled date of check-in will be 25% of the room rent and 75%  will be refundable.
3. Cancellation charges for cancellations done between 15– 20 days from the scheduled date of check-in will be 40% of the room rent and 60% will be refundable.
4. Cancellation charges for cancellations done between 8– 14 days from the scheduled date of check-in will be 50% of the room rent and 50%  will be refundable.
5. Cancellation charges for cancellations done less than 5-8 days from the scheduled date of check-in will be 80% of the room rent and 20%  will be refundable.
6. No cancellations will be allowed for less than 5 days from the scheduled date of check-in or current day bookings/ current day check-ins.
